For the better part of the 20th century Sportsman's Park served as Home for baseball in St. Louis. This free standing seat hails from this legendary park that was torn down in 1966. The metal frame shows remnants of red paint and the seldom seen wooden slats are in great condition. In addition to being a high quality stadium relic the seat has also been signed by a Who's Who of former St. Louis Cardinal greats including Stan Musial, Bob Gibson, Lou Brock, Marty Marion, and Red Schoendienst. Fantastic piece of St. Louis Baseball History!!! Pictures of all players signing seat accompany this lot.
