11x All-Star and former N.L. MVP Orlando Cepeda has signed this postcard that was produced to campaign for his Hall of Fame inclusion in blue ink. Cepeda of course was finally bestowed the honor of being elected into the Hall in 1999. Great autographed piece from this former slugger! PSA encapsulated and graded 9.
