A charter member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame legendary shortstop Honus Wagner autographs are always highly sought after. In addition to being an outstanding fielder Wagner was also one of the National Leagues premier hitters gathering 8 batting titles during his career. Removed from a scrapbook at some point this cut autograph has been signed "With Best Wishes J. Hans Wagner Former Pirate". The cut is very presentable however an outline of where it was removed remains on the cut minimally affecting the autograph. The cut has been placed in a small black frame and attached to a 3x5 index card. Despite some condition issues still a very nice piece from one of the games greatest players!!! PSA letter accompanies this lot.
