Junior Lake has entered his 3rd season in the majors both with the Chicago Cubs. Lake has shown glimpses of greatness but has yet to put all the pieces together. Lake who has made the transition from 3rd base to the outfield look easy thanks to his strong arm and the speed necessary to cover ground.
