Placido Palonco has played 15 seasons in the bigs taking the field for the St. Louis Cardinals (1998-02), Philadelphia Phillies (2002-05 & 2010-12), Detroit a Tigers (2005-09), and Miami Marlins (2013). Palonco has received 2 All-Star nominations as well as 3 Gold a Gloves and a Silver Slugger during his career. A fantastic fielding 2nd baseman Polanco was no slouch with the bat either. batting a career .297 to go with 2,000+ hits during his career. This bat hails from his Cardinal days and in addition to showing great use has also been signed by 16 St. Louis teammates including Ray Lankford, J.D.
