Hall of Famer Al Kaline enjoyed a 22 year career in the majors all with the Detroit Tigers. Kaline collected over 3,000 hits in his career and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1980. This bat dates to the 1955-57 label period. Since this bat does not appear in Kaline's order records it is classified as a team index bat and use by Kaline can not be attributed. Still a nice early career example baring the 10 X Gold Glove winners name. Great bat at a fraction of the cost!!! PSA letter accompanies this lot.
