The 1923 Kansas City Blues were with loaded talent including an array of future and former major league regulars such as Beals Becker, Lena Blackburne, Ray Caldwell, Wilbur Good, Lew McCarty, Braggo Roth, Ferdie Schupp, Glenn Wright, and Dutch Zwilling. In fact all but 3 roster players played in the Majors at some time during there career!!! The 1923 Blues captured the International League Crown a fact celebrated by this poster size Kansas City Star Newspaper 1 page insert. The newspaper does exhibit expected wear such as yellowing and border flaws. Still a rare piece of Kansas City history if fact this is the first one we have ever seen come to market!!!! Absolutely stunning piece of Kansas City Baseball History!!!!
