1993 was Hall Of Famer George Brett's final season in the majors. Brett , a 21 year veteran , had eclipsed the 3,000 hit plateau the previous season and tacked on another 149 for good measure during the 93' season. 6 years later Brett would be elected to the National Baseball Hall Of Fame on the 1st ballot. This size 44 Rawlings road jersey was worn by Brett during that final season. The jersey has the Ewing Kauffman memorium patch on the left sleeve and a 25th Anniversary patch on the right sleeve. Manufacturer/ size label and a boxed 93 year tag are appropriately in the tail tagging of the jersey. The jersey shows light use and presents as a stunning game used example!!!
