Crowned 1964 Miss America, Donna Axum wore this size 34 Kansas City A's jacket on 04/12/1965 when she threw out the 1965 KC A's opening day pitch. The Wilson tag sports Axum's initials D.A. The jacket does show some use but displays very nicely. This lot is accompanies by a 1965 yearbook and a publicity shot of Axum prior to the pitch. Very unique Kansas City A's item!
