Jimmy Zinn played in 5 seasons in the majors taking the mound for the Philadelphia A's (1919), Pittsburgh Pirates (1920-22), and Cleveland Indians (1929). Zinn compiled 13-16 record with a 4.30 ERA and 7 Saves during his big league career. A top hurler in the Minors Zinn collected 279 Wins with a 3.49 ERA during his career including 5 20 win seasons with the Kansas City Blues and San Francisco Seals from 1922-35 in the highly competitive American Association and PCL. This Vintage Barnard baseball has been signed on the side panel by Zinn with the notation "Cleveland Indians June 30th 1929". Zinn pitched on that date for the Cleveland Indians going 6 innings and surrendering 4 runs while also collecting a hit and a RBI. Ball has a small toning spot but displays very nice!!! Tough to find vintage signed baseball!!! PSA letter accompanies this lot.
