Stan Musial played 22 seasons in the majors all with the St. Louis Cardinals. Regarded as one of the best hitters of All-Time Musial was named to 24 All-Star teams and was named the N.L. MVP three times. Musial was elected into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969 on the 1st ballot. This Cardinals jersey was presented to us as a Musial game used coaches jersey. The jersey an attractive powder blue pullover and is tagged for the 1977 season. Musial's player number 6 rests on both the front and reverse of the jersey. The jersey shows extensive wear suggesting that the jersey was used in the minor leagues for an extended period of time.
