The Yankees would go on and capture the 1939 World Series title defeating the Cincinnati Reds 4-0. 27 members of that 1939 team have added there signatures to this white Harridge baseball. Considered to be one of the greatest teams ever the 1939 Yanks were loaded with talent. This ball has key signatures of Joe DiMaggio, Red Ruffing, Lefty Gomez, Frank Crosetti, Johnny Murphy, Tommy Henrich, Bump Hadley, and others. The signatures of Lou Gehrig, Joe McCarthey, Charlie Keller, Bill Dickey, and Joe Gordon are deemed to be clubhouse versions.
